Elizabeth M. Peck
Becoming a member of the Utah Legal Elite in 2005, and consistently voted a Super Lawyer by her peers every year since 2007, Lisa launched her legal career as a litigation associate at Salt Lake City's prestigious commercial law firm, Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler. Lisa spent six years representing employers against such claims as discrimination, harassment and rights violations. Then, Lisa moved across the aisle and opened Peck-Law and quickly became recognized as an advocate for employee rights. A member of the Utah Legal Elite since 2005 and a Super Lawyer, Mountain States since 2007, Lisa was honored by her peers in 2011 when the Utah State Bar voted her Utah Labor & Employment Lawyer of The Year.
Admitted to the California State Bar in 2012, Lisa now practices in both California and Utah. She has been voted a Northern California SuperLawyer since 2014.
Lisa has her Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. While there, she won the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law, and was honored as a William H. Leary Scholar for placing in the top 20% of her class. Lisa has also been Articles Editor for Journal of Contemporary Law, and a Teacher’s Assistant in Legal Writing. She earned a BA in English at Amherst College, and was Captain of the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team.
A former sponsored mountain bike racer and competitive skier, Lisa presently coaches women's lacrosse at the University of California at Santa Cruz. She brings a champion’s drive to representing her clients. Lisa’s favorite color is winner’s circle blue.
